Protocols continues to closely monitor the progress of H.R. 2549, proposed federal legislation that would improve the Medicare set-aside process. The bill was introduced by Rep. John Tanner (D-TN) and initially included three cosponsors. Since then, the legislation has attracted bipartisan support from 20 additional cosponsors.
