CMS Increases Funding for Medicare Counseling Programs

CMS Clarifies Life Expectancy Reference

MSA Legislation Update

Protocols continues to closely monitor the progress of H.R. 2549, proposed federal legislation that would improve the Medicare set-aside process. The bill was introduced by Rep. John Tanner (D-TN) and initially included three cosponsors. Since then, the legislation has attracted bipartisan support from 20 additional cosponsors. CMS Announces Coverage Decisions
